Four Grueby Persian Interlace Tiles, design by Addison B. LeBoutillier, Boston, early 20th century, pattern no. 819, the square tiles when placed together form interlacing circles with floral and foliate decoration, matte glaze green and yellow decoration outlined in black on a blue ground, with glazed initials "MM," "MT," and "MSC" on side, (some edge chips), 8 x 8 in.
