Reverse-Painted Emeralite Desk Lamp, New York, c. 1916, flared glass shade with all-over textured etched floral motif, the high areas painted light mauve, the lower interior painted with a scrolled foliate band in green, blue, yellow, and red on a russet ground, raised on an adjustable metal frame and standard on weighted square metal base with raised foliate decoration, metal manufacturer's tag, (minor patina spotting on base), ht. 13, lg. 8 7/8 in.
