Rookwood Pottery Almond Dish and Lily of the Valley Vase, Cincinnati, Ohio, the half almond shell form dish, made in 1891, is decorated with incised flower blossoms in golden yellow on a glossy brown ground; the vase, made in 1906 by Laura E. Lindeman, with raised rim on elongated oval body, lily of the valley decoration in white, green, gold, and glossy brown glaze, impressed Rookwood flame mark, and incised artist's initials, dish ht. 1 1/4, lg. 5 7/8, vase ht. 8 3/4 in.
