Rookwood Standard Glaze Pillow Vase and Pitcher, Cincinnati, Ohio, the pillow vase decorated by Harriet Wilcox, 1886, decorated on one side with a flowering branch, the pitcher, decorated by Sallie Toohey in 1889, has a tricorn rim on ovoid form and rose decoration, both with glossy gold and rust glaze, impressed Rookwood flame mark and incised artist's initials, (pitcher has a glaze burst), ht. 4, 7 in.
