Queen Anne Cherry and Maple Scroll-top High Chest of Drawers, possibly Connecticut, c. 1760-80, the broken-arch pediment with three flame finials on fluted plinth and an upper case of a fan-carved thumb-molded short drawer flanked by two shaped short drawers and four graduated long drawers, the lower case with one long over two short drawers flanking fan-carved drawer, on a carved scrolling skirt joining four cabriole legs ending in pad feet, replaced brasses and finials, old refinish, (repairs and imperfections), ht. 86, wd. 38 1/4, dp. 19 in.
