Federal Mahogany Veneer Inlaid and Birch Bureau, probably New Hampshire, c. 1790-1810, the overhanging top with swelled front and inlaid edge on a conforming case of four cockbeaded and string inlaid graduated drawers on base of flaring French feet joined by shaped inlaid skirt centering a contrasting rectangular drop panel bordered by inlay, old oval eagle brass pulls, old refinish, (restoration and imperfections), ht. 37 1/2, wd. 39, dp. 21 1/4 in.
