(COLONIAL AMERICA-GREENOUGH FAMILY) The Bound Collection of Business Correspondence, Documents and Autograph Letters Signed, 1770-1795, volume II, personal and business diary with accounts and inventories of shipping and valuations circa 1774-90, also a valuation of an estate in Antigua naming slaves and giving their value in pounds, approximately 101 pieces, some interesting postal markings, with additional collateral material. Note: The Greenough's were a wealthy merchant family based in Wellfleet on Cape Cod. This folio contains many personal letters to family members as well as manifests and shipping correspondence, the majority in the 1770's.
