Two Carved Wooden Puzzle-form Frames, America, 19th or 20th century, one is composed of long and short, light and dark stacked segments in a rectangular form, the other is a Crown-of-Thorns frame with a peaked crest also having contrasting light and dark segments, fitted around a rectangular molded light and dark wood frame, (losses to second frame), 16 3/4 x 15 in.; 17 1/4 x 11 1/2 in., respectively.
