Federal Cherry and Mahogany Veneer Inlaid Bowfront Chest of Drawers, Northern New England, c. 1800, the rectangular top with bowed front overhangs a conforming case of four cockbeaded graduated drawers each centering a wavy birch panel bordered by ebonized stringing and bird's-eye maple banding above an inlaid base of flaring French feet and shaped skirt, replaced brasses, refinished, (imperfections), ht. 36 1/4, wd. 40 1/4, dp. 21 1/2 in.
