Silk Needlework Memorial Picture, "Wrought by Sarah Goodridge aged fourteen Years," New England, early 19th century, depicting a willow tree overhanging two monuments, the stitches reading "Sacred to the Memory of Mrs. Margery Clark who died Nov. 26th in the 39th year of her age..." and "Sacred to the Memory of Mr. John Clark who died March 19th 1814 in the 69th year of his age...," with a church, pine tree, and flowers in the background, (small loss, scattered stains and toning), 18 7/8 x 22 in., framed.
