In an exhibition booklet compiled by the Wally Findlay Galleries in 1989, it was noted that Mr. Barber is "a resident of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, (and) has taught portrait and landscape painting at the Cape Cod Conservatory of Music and Arts and at the Cape Cod Art Association. Heritage Plantation Museum and the Provincetown Heritage Museum have acquired his paintings for their permanent collections.
