Pair of Gouda Pottery Large Candlesticks, Zuid, Holland, c. 1926, possibly decorated by Franciscus Ijsselstein, bulbed cup and ruffled rim drip pan on tall ribbed flared standard, with Art Nouveau style motif, high glaze in shades of blue, green, yellow, and black, underglaze painted "Gouda Blauw (house)," date mark, artist's initials, and "Made in Holland, 872, 893," (one with base chip), ht. 18 in.
