Pairpoint Scenic Reverse-Painted Table Lamp, New Bedford, Massachusetts, early 20th century, frosted and textured Copley shade, the interior painted with a pastoral scene depicting a shepherd, sheep, rolling hills, trees, and distant ponds, in naturalistic tones signed "H. Fisher" and stamped "The Pairpoint Corp'n.; the shade raised on a turned mahogany baluster-form shaft with bands of brass trim, impressed "PAIRPOINT C3087" on metal disk under base, (few chips on fitter rim), ht. 21, shade dia. 15 1/2 in.
