Pearlware Quart Mug, attributed to The Leeds Pottery, Yorkshire, c. 1790, based on archaeological evidence, banded in brown and black with two white fields decorated with black slip-filled engine-turned geometric pattern, the extruded handle with foliate terminals, (hairlines in base, cracks in handle and body), ht. 5 3/4 in. Provenance: Jeremiah Laikind, Adams, Massachusetts.
