Rare Flower Pot and Saucer, Britain, c. 1800, each with a scalloped rim and rouletted with a black and white checkered band above fields of encrusted bits of colored clay in black, white, rust, and brown, (pot has minor rim chips and one on the foot ring, the saucer has numerous chips and breaks to the scalloped rim, a crack, and minor losses to the encrustation), total ht. 4 1/4 in.
