Diminutive Chippendale Walnut Chest of Drawers, Philadelphia area, 1775-90, the top with molded edge, shaped front corners and supported by a molding overhangs a case of four thumb-molded drawers flanked by fluted, engaged quarter columns with capitals and bases above a molded base and ogee bracket feet, old surface, original brass, (restoration), ht. 37, wd. of case 31 1/2, wd. at top 36, dp. of case 18, dp. at top 20 in.
