Queen Anne Cherry Carved High Chest, probably Litchfield County, Connecticut area, mid-18th century, the cornice molding above five thumb-molded drawers, a mid molding, and three small drawers, the central one with a deeply carved fan over a concave area of the skirt which includes three flat-headed arches, original brass, refinished, (imperfections), ht. 73 3/4, wd. at molding 38 3/4, dp. 21 1/4 in.
