Mahogany Veneered Liquor Chest, early 19th century, the chest with brass swing handles opens to reveal a compartmented interior with twelve blown molded wine and spirit bottles, each with inscribed paper labels and decorated with gilt flowers, bowknots, and borders about the neck and shoulders, lift out tray fitted with tumblers, funnel and stemware with similar gilt decoration, (one tumbler cracked, some veneer loss), chest ht. 11 1/2, wd. 17, dp. 12 1/2 in.
