Schwarz, c. 1920s, very similar to Tynie Toy doll house, white clapboard with dark green roof, fluted to simulate shingles, green shutters (some missing), 6/1 windows, two chimneys, two-story ell with two rooms, front-opening with hinged fold-up facade, first floor with kitchen in ell, dining room, large living room with stairs up to hall, three upper rooms, full attic in main house, electrified (old), overall wd. 37 x dp. 15 x ht. 25 1/2 in. Provenance: From New England consignor, the original child-owner, whose family purchased the house at F.A.O. Schwarz.
