Egyptian Revival Mahogany and Mahogany Veneer Inlaid Chest of Drawers, probably New England, c. 1825, the rectangular top with two short drawers on projecting case of convex long drawer above three recessed drawers all with brass inlaid stringing all flanked by panels above cast brass herm figures and panels continuing to ebonized turned feet, replaced brasses, old refinish, (imperfections), ht. 42 3/4, wd. 41, dp. 19 1/2 in.
