Two Early Stoneware Items, England and Germany, 18th century, a mid-18th century brown-glazed Fulham jug with high relief treed landscape with deer hunting figures below a central rectangular reserve with taverners, metal rim, ht. 8 1/2; and an early 18th century Westerwald gray ground tankard in blue and deep manganese with mythical oval medallions, each inscribed "Ione Cap 2," depicting Jonah and the whale, within raised diamond bands, ht. 6 in. N.B. Ione Cap 2 refers to the second Book of Jonah.
