Bradley Pottery Stoneware Advertising Jug, England, 1849, applied in high relief with a fruiting grapevine band above individually applied designs including a windmill, cottage, manor house, farming implements, a wheelbarrow, and a wagon, all surrounding a central British coat of arms, impressed to one side of shoulder MRS. ROBERTS and to the other BARRELL INN, impressed below the coat of arms BAGWORTH 1849, inscribed under the base "Made By John Bacon At Bradley Pottrey 1849", (hairlines, rim chip), ht. 15 3/4 in.
