In the style of Harrison Begay (American Indian Navajo Tribe/ Arizona, 1914-2012). "Yebechai Dancers", watercolor and gouache on paper, signed lower right "Nahkaidaenz Begay, Red Rock Arizona.". Painting depicts a line of naively drawn blue faced Native American figures standing in a dance line, each central figure dressed in loin cloth, knee high leg covers, moccasins, and feathered headdress, with rear figure adorned in attire made of green leaves, each of these figures holding a rattle. Figure at front of procession wears fringed cowhide pants, brown top, blue pendant, and many-feathered headdress, and holds a precious object in his hand. Inscribed lower left "For my friend - George E. Baulsir" and lower center "yebechai dancers". Framed 18.5" x 26.5", unframed sight size 13.5" x 21.5".
