Leather Medical Bag, containing steel probes, forceps, a chrome double-syringe, and other instruments, wd. 20 in.Provenance:Dr. Adolphus Byrum Gunter, New Brunswick, (1852 - 1902 ?). Dr. Gunther graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1877. A thirty-third degree Mason, he was member of the Coeur de Lion Commandery, the Arch Chapter and Orient Council. Note: Included in the lot are an obituary notice, photograph and a certificate from Board of Registration in Medicine, Massachusetts, dated December 1894.
