Ornate English Silver Tazza, late 19th/20th century, bearing 1756 London hallmarks of the original article from which the tazza was likely reworked, the top with central band of fluting, the rim pierced with volute scrolls offset with grotesque man and lion masks, raised on pierced and engraved flaring stem ending in vine pierced and ram's head mask mounted knop, with domed and pierced foot with roundels of classical maidens, ht. 5 1/2, dia. 9 1/2 in. approx. 30 troy oz.
