Summer White Two-Piece Dress for a Fashionable Lady, c. 1880, of fine white cotton pleated and tucked and trimmed with lace flounces and white silk ribbon, bodice with standing collar, lace jabot-like front closure extending into double flounced peplum, triple tucking at center front and back, long lace cuffed sleeves with two bows, gathered casing at back waistline, matching flounced skirt with partial drawstring waistband, back gathering casing with silk ribbon and deep knife pleated flounce edged with alternating bands of tucking and lace, to fit a 22 to 23-inch doll.
