Large Kestner All Bisque Doll with Jointed Knees, Germany, c. 1880, brown sleeping eyes, closed pert mouth, pale even coloring with rosy cheeks, original blonde curly mohair wig with blue hair ribbon, kid-lined swivel neck, impressed 111 on upper torso and back of upper legs, peg-jointed limbs, (nicks on arm at peg hole), right hand molded in a closed fist, left hand open, jointed knees, molded pink high-heeled boots with four straps, green band on ribbed stockings, lacy imprint at top, ht. 8 1/2 in.
