Early Portrait Jumeau Bisque Head Lady Doll, France, c. 1870, blue stationary glass eyes, closed mouth with fine outlining and detail to corners, pierced-in ears (slight pin-prick rub right cheek, mold flaw on right ear and below left ear), strawberry blonde mohair wig with woven ribbon and original cork pate, gusseted kid body (crouching, some wear to hands), dark gray-brown wool coat-dress and cape with extensive soutache braid trim, second tan faille outfit (wear), ht. 17 in.
