Pennsylvania Chippendale walnut tall case clock, ca. 1787 , inscribed Philip Maus No. 2 Lebanon , the broken arch bonnet with flame finials and floral rosettes centering an incised shell pediment, above an eight day works with painted face over a double peaked door flanked by fluted quarter columns with spiral capitals, above a base with dramatically carved panel with gadrooned edge supported by ogee bracket feet, retaining a fine old finish, 100" h.
