Portland, Maine silk embroidered memorial for the Loring family, early 19th c. , featuring a central pencil drawn monument inscribed with several Loring family members including Captain Ignatius Loring, who served with honour in the Revolutionary War, died August 7, 1805 , surrounded by willow trees with cathedral and ship in the background, 18" x 20 1/2".
