Mid-Century Modern Hanging Light, Lightolier, c. 1972, flat ribbons of polished stainless steel are curled and tucked in an alternating pattern creating an overall spherical form, the interior is lit with a large single socket, the whole suspends on a white cord with ceiling plate, approx. ht. of fixture 21 1/2, dia. 21 1/2 in. Note: This fixture hung over the Eero Saarinen marble top dining table (lot 597) in the owner's home.
