Federal Mahogany Inlaid Tall Case Clock, New England, 1810-15, the hood with pierced fretwork joining inlaid plinths topped by brass ball finials above the arched cornice molding and glazed inlaid tombstone door enclosing an iron polychrome and gilt decorated dial with a bird in the arch, floral painted spandrels, seconds hand, calendar aperture, and brass eight-day weight-driven movement all flanked by reeded and inlaid columns; the waist with rectangular beaded inlaid door flanked by reeded and inlaid quarter columns on paneled inlaid plinths, the conformingly inlaid base on flaring French feet, refinished, (minor restoration, imperfections), ht. 91 1/2 in., including finials.
