Three Framed Calligraphic Works, America, early 19th century, a pen and ink and watercolor on paper marriage record between George Leighton and Abigail Meaberry done in 1818, decorated with a flowering vine; two verses of poetry in pen and ink and watercolor on paper, done in 1842, "To Miss M.E.K.," embellished with flowers, vines and a lyre; a frame containing nine calligraphic exercises of swans, doves, a cherub, and a feather, one signed "Yours truly O.-. Brown," (toning, stains, one laid down), sight sizes 8 1/4 x 6 1/4, 7 3/4 x 5 1/2, 11 5/8 x 19 in., respectively.
