Pair of Neoclassical Carved Mahogany Side Chairs, Boston, Massachusetts, 1815-20, the curving carved crests flanked by gadrooning above similarly curved horizontal splats enclosing carved elements flanked by reeded curving stiles that continue to half way on the front legs and also elaborate the front seat rails, with curving rear legs and slip seats, upholstered in 20th century green watered moreen fabric, ht. 33 1/2, seat ht. 17 1/4 in.
