Two Painted Queen Anne Side Chairs, New England, mid-18th century, each chair with spooned molded crest rail above vasiform splat and raked molded stiles on trapezoidal rush seats and block vase and ring-turned frontal legs ending in carved Spanish feet joined by turned stretchers to the raking rear legs, both chairs painted black with gilt pinstriping, (restoration), ht. 31, seat ht. 17 1/2 in.
