Watercolors on paper; the first showing a ship at anchor flying an American flag surrounded by an island coastline, inscribed and decorated with flourishes at lower center "St. Lucia W. Indies" and inscribed at lower right "Grampus 1833," with double border in pen, 4 1/2 x 9 1/2, unframed; the second showing a sailing vessel approaching the shore of an island, inscribed at lower center "City of Basse Terre St. Kitts.," and inscribed at lower right "Grampus/1833," with double border in pen, 4 1/4 x 10, unframed. Condition: the first toned and slightly stained; the second, toned, slightly faded, and loss u.l.
