Federal Mahogany and Mahogany Veneer Inlaid Sideboard, probably New York, c. 1795-1805, the shaped top on a conforming case of two central short drawers and two recessed hinged doors flanked by quarter-round panels and cupboard doors, with faux drawer facade, all joining square tapering legs, the case embellished throughout with contrasting inlaid stringing, replaced brasses, refinished, (restoration and imperfections), ht. 43 3/4, wd. 67, dp. 28 in.
