Attributed to James E. Buttersworth (Anglo/American, 1817-1894) Dauntless and Sappho off the Needles, Isle of Wight. Unsigned. Oil on canvas, 9 x 12 in., in a molded gilt gesso frame with fleur-de-lis. Condition: Relined, scattered retouch.
