Queen Anne Maple Carved High Chest of Drawers, attributed to the Dunlap family of cabinetmakers, southern New Hampshire, c. 1780-1800, the top section with flat molded cornice above a case of three thumbmolded short drawers and four graduated long drawers set into the lower case of three graduated drawers, the lowermost of which consists of a three-drawer facade centering a carved fan, all on cabriole legs with shaped knee returns continuing to pad feet, joined by a heart and scroll-carved valanced skirt, old brass pulls and escutcheons, refinished, (minor imperfections), ht. 76, wd. 38 1/2, dp. 19 in.
