Two Polychrome Decorated Tin Glazed Earthenware Tankards, Germany, late 18th century, one Berlin or Magdeburg, depicting a man with a stick by a large snail in a landscape setting, pewter foot and hinged lid inscribed " L. F.W. 1787", ht. 9 in.; and a Madgeburg with depiction of a man with a staff in a landscape setting, hinged pewter lid inscribed "C.R.M. R.G. 1791", ht. 8 1/4 in.
