Claudio Salocchi (Italian, born 1934), circa 1970s. Matched pair of "Appoggio" adjustable stools, orange molded and lacquered fiberglass, enameled steel, chrome-plated, plastic stool, e with the tall molded raking back with rolled crest rail terminating in tripartite molded seat, all raised on black tubular metal base with circular adjuster, looped footrest terminating in cantilevered base back. Approximate height (at highest extent) 54.75", height (at lowest extent) 46.75", width (at widest point of seat) 17.25". width (at widest point of base) 22", depth (a deepest point of base) 20.50".
