Ladies 14k yellow gold, sapphire and diamond ring of rectangular form with canted corners, sapphire X form with vertically-aligned marquise form sapphire at center above elongated almond form also in sapphires (overall sapphires approximately 1. 5 carats total weight) surrounded by accent diamonds (approximately 0.5 carat total weight). Marked on interior of band "14K" and also with additional mark, likely for maker. US ring size 6.75. Total weight approximately 5.8 grams.
