ABG 1322 Bisque Head Character Baby, Germany, early 20th century, blue glass sleeping eyes, open-closed mouth with two molded upper teeth and tongue, dimples in full cheeks (light scratch on left), painted blonde hair, impressed DRGM AB & G 1322/38 , the mark of Alt Beck & Gottschalck is within a bisque oval piece securely plastered into a cut-out area which might have been used for an optional mechanism which was never implemented, bent-limb composition baby body in original finish (some soil), long white baby slip and gown, head circ. 10 1/2, lg. 15 1/2 in.
