Barrois, impressed on front of shoulder-plate E. 3 Depose B , with delicate pale coloring, accented closed mouth, threaded blue glass eyes, feathered brows, cork pate, and stitch-jointed cloth body with gusseted kid arms and separately-stitched fingers, in bright-red wool jacket with owner's initials J.S. , later cotton print skirt, underclothing and side-buttoned brown leather boots ink-stamped 1 , ht. 15 1/2 in.; and a custom-made crimson silk-taffeta and cream silk faille costume by Bonnie Walling.
