Swedish, late Gustavian period (1790-1810). A tall rectangular mirror or looking glass with stepped upper section within a white painted rectangular frame decorated with neoclassical carving and molding, surmounted by a rectangular crest with carved crossed torches encircled by a wreath with carved olive branches, flanked by corner blocks with carved pineapples over paterae. Approximate height 75.75", width 25.75", depth 2".
