Charles Warren Eaton (American, 1857-1937) Landscape with Distant Houses Signed "CHARLES WARREN EATON" l. l., artist identified in information affixed to the reverse. Oil on canvas, 18 x 16 in., framed. Condition: Punctures, retouch, surface grime. There are two small punctures within the grass. The retouch is minor dots and dashes, and to the trees on the left. The painting could use a cleaning. There is no evidence of a past cleaning.
