Elmer L. Ham (American, 1884-1978) Lot of Two Spring Landscapes: Fenway, Boston and View with River Each signed "Elmer L. Ham" on the reverse, Fenway titled on the reverse. Watercolor on paper, sizes approximately 10 x 13 1/2 in. (25.4 x 34.3 cm), unframed. Condition: Toning, losses, creases, wear to edges, paper tape to reverse of view. Both have unobtrusive fading, with losses to some corners. There''s a crease parallel to the right edge of Fenway.
