Four Assorted Blue Transfer Decorated Staffordshire Pottery Plates, England, early 19th century, including a matching saucer and dessert plate with urn of flowers decoration; a luncheon plate with castle ruins, river, and deer with floral rim border; a dinner plate depicting "Don Quixote and the Shepherdesses" with printed title on the reverse, (minor imperfections), dia. 5 3/4, 7 3/4, 8 1/2, 10 in., respectively. urn of flowers - both in very good condition; castle ruins- two thin 1/2 in. glaze loss or glaze miss lines on rim edge (show as dark brown lines); Don Quixote plate - 3/4 x 1/2 in. rim chip darkened so less visible.
