Chippendale Cherry Secretary Bookcase, probably Connecticut River Valley, late 18th century, upper section opens to an interior of beveled concave shaped shelves and shaped center partition, brasses appear to be original, refinished, (restored), bottom of lowermost drawer inscribed in pencil "Boston/ Henry A Field/ Conway," ht. 95 3/4, wd. 38 3/4, dp. 21 1/2 in.
