Patinated White Metal Lamp with Lithophane Shade, late 19th century, the vasiform lamp molded with flowers and grotesque masks, the shade formed with five tapered rectangular lithophane panels, depicting a mother and child, a barge scene, children at prayer, and two landscape scenes titled "The Niagra Fall (sic)" and "Residence of Washington" respectively, overall ht. 19 3/4, lithophane lg. 5 1/8, wd. at shortest point 3 1/2, wd. at widest point 5 1/4 in.
